Volunteer Role Descriptions & Times:

1. Event Set-Up: Assisting the night market team in assembly, decoration, organization, and other tasks in preparation for the event.

   • May 22, 1:00 - 5:00pm

   • May 23, 12:00 - 2:00pm

2. Vendor Assistance: Helping vendors unload equipment/products and assisting with any vendor related set-up.

   • May 23, 1:00 - 4:00pm

3. Event Hospitality: Ensuring cleanliness of public spaces, checking trash capacity, greeting/guiding attendees, handing out catalogs, refill bubble machine, and notifying night market team or museum staff of any issues that may arise. 

   • May 23, 4:15 - 6:45pm

   • May 23, 6:30 - 9:00pm

4. Raffle Table Attendants: Handing out catalogs, explaining raffle ticket system to attendees, collecting raffle entry information, and exchanging for tickets.

   • May 23, 4:15 - 6:30pm

   • May 23, 6:15 - 8:30pm

5. Take-Down: Assist the night market team in the tear down/packing of the event decorations, signage, tables, chairs, and any other materials from the event. 

   • May 23, 9:00 - 10:00pm

*Note we will be holding a Pre-Social Event for hosts, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to get to know one another and learn more about what to expect day-of. We will contact you with more information regarding the Pre-Social once additional details have been finalized.
